Someone submitted two new red light cameras in Nassau today, which I just added to the map:
- Jericho Turnpike and Brush Hollow Road, in Jericho
- North Broadway (106/107) and Nevada Street, in Hicksville
I don’t know how anyone manages to drive into or out of Hicksville without getting a ticket. Practically every road leading into Hicksville has a red light camera on it. Be careful if you’re driving there!
Also, since Nassau just recently approved 50 more red light cameras, many more will be appearing over the next few weeks. I’m keeping my eyes peeled for an official list of which intersections are getting them, but in the in the meantime please continue adding them to the map here.

Would it be possible for you to also list the longitude and latitude of cameras with the location?
It would be a great benefit for anyone wanting to add them into their GPS units.
I use IGO primo and have used your site for the locations then itouchmap to get the lat and long of the location to add to the GPS.

Hi Nuzz, I’m glad the site is helpful for you!
I can definitely add the lat/long for all the cameras, I have it all stored in the database so I’ll just put together a page that lists them all out.
Also about GPS, soon I’ll have FREE downloadable files that will automatically add all the camera locations to your GPS. I’m going to test it on my wife’s GPS first, she has a Garmin, and if it works I’ll post it here. I think it’ll work on a TomTom also but I won’t know for sure till someone tests it and posts here letting us know how it worked.
Anyway I should have the GPS downloads ready this weekend or early next week, I’ll make a page listing the lat/long for all red light cameras at the same time. I’ll put a new post on the blog when everything is ready!

Is there a red light camera at the intersection of 106/107 and Broadway (where 106/107 splits) in Hicksville?
I have one listed at Nevada street which is a bit north of where they veer off in different directions. I haven’t driven in that area in a while so I’m not 100% positive
